Was a new patient, Very disappointed, led down the garden path for nothing. Told I needed bottom dentures and I had to wait 8 months. Waited for the eight months to be told there not doing NHS dentures as not profitable for them. Well I'm sorry but I never said I wanted NHS dentures to begin with. Then told they would be intouch with how much and where they will get the dentures made.... Now been weeks and still no contact. I have now gone to another dental practice to have my work done. Obviously not needing my money.

Never again as the so called dentist better known as the butcher of possil completely ruined my life & confidence & now I will not rest until this absolute conman & butcher is taken to task & ive been properly compensated !

On both of my visits, I have had a negative experience of unreasonable waiting at the reception. Last time I arrived 5 minutes before my appointed time, then, without any explanation for me, the patient who arrived after me was invited to the dentist. Okay, I've been waiting and wasting my time until the next patient who came after me was also invited to the dentist before me. Without any explanation to me. After my question, the administrator took the trouble to explain that both patients were late due to traffic jams. But I think this isn't my problem! I arrived at the appointment time, and there are no any traffic jams in Lambert at 11am. The roads look like a desert.
If you make a time schedule, stick to it, please. Even for NHS patients and patients with the non-British surname.

Welcoming and comforting environment. Helen resolved my issues in 15 minutes after my previous dentist had avoided the issue for over a year, by trying to send me to a dental surgeon. I would highly recommend as what could have been a complicated procedure under my previous dentist was quickly and professionally dealt with by Helen and her team

Used to be quite self conscious about my wonky front teeth. Helen fitted me with clear retainers to straighten them out and now I love my smile. Absolutely great practice, can't recommend Helen and all the staff there highly enough. Send all my family and friends to them now as well.
